- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chili sauce or ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced pimiento (pickled cherry peppers)
- 1 hard cooked egg, chopped (optional)
- Blend all ingredients well and keep refrigerated. Makes 2 cups of Thousand Island salad dressing.
