Ingredients for Banana Crunch Cookie:
- 6 oz. (185 g.) butter
- 4 oz. (125 g.) castor sugar
- 2 eggs
- a few drops of banana essence
- 3 cups mixed cereal
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Cool.
- Add sugar and beat well.
- Beat eggs and banana essence.
- Stir in mixed cereal.
- Drop teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking trays.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 12 mins. till lightly browned.
- Cool and serve in airtight containers.
