- 2 cups jack-fruit flesh (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs + 2 cups sugar - (beaten together)
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3-4 pandan leaves
- 1 Tbs. water
- Pound pandan leaves. Mix with 1 Tbs. water and squeeze out juice. Strain.
- Add milk to egg and sugar mixture. Beat well.
- Add flour and stir to mix.
- Stir in jack-fruit and pandan juice.
- Pour into lightly greased baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F till golden brown.
- Cool and cut into small pieces. Serve.
