- 8 oz. (250g.) margarine
- 7 oz. (220g.) castor sugar
- 6 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup green pea flour
- 4 oz. (125g.) flour
- Cream margarine and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Add beaten eggs by spoonfuls to the mixture, beating well after each addition.
- Sift flour and green pea flour together into mixture, stirring to mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased and lined cake tin. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) till cooked.
- Cool, cut and serve.
