Green Pea Cake

Ingredients for Green Pea Cake:
  • 8 oz. (250g.) margarine
  • 7 oz. (220g.) castor sugar
  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup green pea flour
  • 4 oz. (125g.) flour
Method:
  1. Cream margarine and sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. Add beaten eggs by spoonfuls to the mixture, beating well after each addition.
  3. Sift flour and green pea flour together into mixture, stirring to mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased and lined cake tin. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) till cooked.
  5. Cool, cut and serve.
